Elevación 1250 Añejo Rosa Fuerte Tequila is an ultra-premium, high-proof artisanal tequila produced by Master Distiller Iliana Partida at NOM 1522 in Amatitán, Jalisco. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave cooked in high-pressure autoclaves and fermented in open-air tanks, this high-proof ("Fuerte") expression is aged for 14 months in first-fill French oak Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels sourced from Napa Valley. Bottled without additives, it delivers a complex balance of rich cooked agave, bold red wine character, and warm oak structure.

Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted pork tenderloin with berry reduction, mole negro, dark chocolate tarts, aged gouda, and cured meats.

Tasting Notes : A natural deep rosé or light ruby-crimson hue impartment from the Cabernet wine barrels, offering a rich, velvety, and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Caramelized cooked agave, dark cherries, raspberries, subtle red wine tannins, black pepper, and warm vanilla bean.
