Domaine des Pérégrins Chablis 'Sur Vaucorme' 2023 is an elegant, single-vineyard white Burgundy crafted by winemaker Éléonore Moreau in the village of Poilly-sur-Serein. Sourced from Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in marl and fossilized shells, this 100% Chardonnay undergoes low-intervention vinification and extended lees aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. In the glass, it reveals a bright pale-gold color with vibrant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white floral blossoms, and classic flinty minerality. On the palate, the wine delivers laser-like precision and tension, combining energetic citrus drive with a saline-tinged, long, and mouthwatering finish.
