About the Elderton Fifteen Shiraz
Elderton Fifteen Shiraz is a concentrated Barossa Valley red sourced from a single block of Shiraz vines planted in 1915 at Greenock. Blackberry, blueberry, plum and warming spice lead a rich, structured palate, with extended skin contact and French oak maturation contributing depth and persistent complexity.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with slow-braised beef, grilled lamb chops, venison, and smoked beef ribs.
