El Mayor Anejo Cristalino Tequila

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the Highlands of Jalisco (Los Altos). Slow-cooked in masonry brick ovens, extracted via roller mill, and double-distilled in copper pot stills at Destiladora González González (NOM 1143). Aged for a minimum of 12 months in charred American white oak barrels before undergoing a proprietary ultra-fine active charcoal filtration process. This refined procedure strips away color while retaining the complex, rich flavors of mature oak aging, resulting in a ultra-smooth, crystal-clear spirit with rich vanilla, herbal agave, and toasted oak complexities.

Food Pairing: Grilled lobster tails, pan-seared sea bass, white chocolate cheesecake, coconut shrimp, and creamy soft cheeses.

Tasting Notes : Brilliant crystal clear with platinum highlights and a rich, smooth, oily viscosity.

Nose : Fresh cooked agave, sweet vanilla bean, toasted oak, cooked pear, bright citrus peel, and subtle floral tones.

Palate : Velvety and smooth with sweet roasted agave, creamy caramel, oak tannins, subtle fruit sweetness, and gentle baking spice.

Finish : Ultra-clean, long, and silky with a soft lingering fade of vanilla, subtle wood warmth, and crisp agave.
