This vintage is characterized by its remarkable mineral tension and a unique winemaking process where the wine is aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels under a "veil of flor," similar to the biological aging used in Jura or Sherry. It presents a bright straw-yellow color and opens with a sophisticated bouquet of lemon zest, green apple, and chamomile, underscored by notes of honey, white peach, and a distinct flinty salinity. On the palate, the wine is medium-to-full-bodied and laser-focused, showcasing a vertical structure with vibrant, racy acidity and a savory, nut-tinged finish.
