Produced by Demerara Distillers Ltd. at the Diamond Distillery, this ultra-premium spirit is crafted from molasses and distilled utilizing their legendary collection of heritage stills, including the Enmore wooden coffey still and the Port Mourant wooden pot still. The rum is then aged for a minimum of 25 years in selected American oak ex-bourbon casks under the tropical climate of Guyana, which dramatically accelerates the interaction between the wood and the spirit.
