El Dorado 15 Year Old Special Reserve Rum is a world-renowned Demerara rum produced in Guyana by Demerara Distillers Limited at the Diamond Distillery. Crafted from a blend of rums aged for a minimum of 15 years (with some components aged up to 25 years) in ex-bourbon oak casks, it combines distillates from historic wooden and column stills, including the Enmore wooden Coffey still, Diamond Coffey stills, Port Mourant double wooden pot still, and Versailles single wooden pot still. It delivers a rich, complex, and full-bodied profile with exceptional depth and balance.
