El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum is a premium Demerara rum produced in Guyana by Demerara Distillers Limited at the Diamond Distillery. Crafted from a blend of distillates produced in historic wooden pot and column stills—including the Enmore wooden Coffey still—it is aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon oak casks, resulting in a rich, full-bodied spirit renowned for its complex notes of tropical fruit, dark sugar, and baking spices.
