Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. Straight Rye is a Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky straight rye whiskey associated with Buffalo Trace Distillery. Unlike many rye recipes, its mash contains rye and malted barley with no corn, producing a dry, spicy character balanced by caramel sweetness and oak.
