Tasting Notes: Deep and full-bodied with concentrated Sherry fruit, chocolate and nutty sweetness supported by caramel, warming spice and mature oak.

Nose: Raisins and dark dried fruits with chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel and seasoned oak.

Palate: Rich and powerful with dried fruit, dark chocolate and toffee alongside walnuts, warming spice and mature Sherry-cask character.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering dried fruit, cocoa, roasted nuts and polished oak spice.

Serve: Enjoy neat after allowing it plenty of time to open in the glass. At 56.2% ABV, a few drops of water can reveal additional fruit, chocolate and Sherry sweetness.
