The 4th release of Edradours 12 Year Old cask strength collection. This single malt was made at diminutive Perthshire distillery Edradour, where it makes robust whisky that stands up well to aging in sherry casks. You can expect notes of toffee-apples, orange peels, medjool dates and caramel on the palate, underpinned by soft stewed fruit.
