Edradour 11 Year Old 2013 Natural Cask Strength Ibisco Decanter

Edradour 11 Year Old Natural Cask Strength is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled at Edradour in 2013 and bottled in December 2024. This small-batch release combines whisky from 10 ex-Bourbon casks and is presented in Edradour’s distinctive Ibisco decanter. Bottled at its natural 60% cask strength, without added colouring or chill filtration, only 1,997 bottles were produced. The Bourbon maturation highlights Edradour’s rich texture with vanilla, coconut, orchard fruit, honey and warming oak spice.

Food Pairing: Roast pork, smoked cheddar, roasted almonds, apple crumble, vanilla crème brûlée or shortbread.

Tasting Notes: Rich and powerful with vanilla, coconut and fresh orchard fruit alongside honeyed sweetness, creamy malt and warming spice.

Nose: Lemon, peppermint and honey with vanilla, fresh apple and hints of coconut.

Palate: Rich and substantial with fresh oak, vanilla and coconut, opening with water to reveal apple, mint, honey and gooseberry.

Finish: Long and warming with spicy citrus, soft leather, vanilla and lingering oak.

Serve: Enjoy neat after allowing it to rest in the glass. At 60% ABV, adding a small amount of water is recommended to open the fruit, honey and vanilla notes.
