About the Weingut Ebner-Ebenauer Reserve Gruner Veltliner Alte Reben 2021
Full-bodied and focused, this Gruner Veltliner shows ripe apple, yellow fruit, melon, grapefruit and fresh herbal notes. The palate is rich and rounded, balanced by fresh acidity and a mineral streak, with subtle almond and tobacco nuances carrying through the long, composed finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with veal schnitzel, roasted pork loin, grilled trout, or herb-seasoned chicken.
