Ebner-Ebenauer Chardonnay Black Edition is a distinctive Austrian Chardonnay with finely mineral, spicy aromas complemented by delicate oak and lees character. Spontaneous fermentation in 500-litre oak casks and extended lees ageing contribute texture, complexity and individuality while maintaining the wine's refined expression.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled sea bass, roast beef, filet steak, braised game, or aged hard cheese.
