Eau Claire Distillery Christmas Gin

Eau Claire Distillery Christmas Gin is an artisanal craft spirit produced by Eau Claire Distillery in Turner Valley, Alberta, Canada. Distilled in small batches using Alberta malted barley, this festive expression is built on a London dry foundation and infused with traditional holiday resins, namely frankincense and myrrh. Flakes of edible 24-karat gold are added to floating suspend in the liquid. The ancient spice resins impart a rich, rounded mouthfeel with piney juniper, subtle balsamic warmth, and bright citrus undertones.

Food Pairing: Roasted turkey, glazed ham, gingerbread cookies, aged cheddar cheese, dark chocolate truffles, and mince pies.
