Early Eyes is a Vin de France white wine by Anders Frederik Steen and Anne Bruun Blauert, blending Riesling from Alsace with Viognier from Ardeche. Fermented and aged in 500-litre demi-muids for nearly three years, it combines mineral tension, lively acidity, and southern fruit character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled sea bass, lemon-roasted chicken, oysters, or vegetable tart.
