Zuidam Dutch Courage Small Batch Dry Gin is a premium handcrafted Dutch gin produced in small batches using 9 botanicals (Italian juniper and iris root, Moroccan coriander, Spanish angelica, sweet oranges, and fresh whole lemons, Indian liquorice root, and Madagascan cardamom and vanilla beans). Each botanical is individually distilled using traditional pot stills before blending, resulting in a rich, crisp, and exceptionally balanced dry gin.

Food Pairing: Mild cheeses, seafood (such as smoked salmon or oysters), savoury snacks, and tapas or antipasti.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a rich, oily, and syrupy mouthfeel.

Nose: Fresh citrus and zesty orange up front, balanced with piney juniper, subtle vanilla, cardamom, and exotic spices.

Palate: Rich, clean, and rounded with an upfront core of piney juniper, citrus peel, and gentle notes of vanilla, liquorice, and floral violet.
