Dunville’s 20 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Dunville’s 20 Year Old Oloroso is a limited-release single malt Irish whiskey from the historic Dunville’s brand, bottled by Echlinville Distillery in County Down. The mature whiskey receives additional maturation in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks, creating a rich, fruit-forward style with pronounced sherry, oak and spice character.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with mature cheese, roasted nuts, fruitcake, sticky toffee pudding, dark chocolate and dried fruits.

Tasting Notes: Rich and mature with layers of dried fruit, dark sweetness, toasted nuts, oak and warming spice.

Nose: Dried fruits, raisins, figs and dark cherries with roasted nuts, polished oak and warming spice.

Palate: Rich sherried fruit, dark chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts balanced by mature oak and baking spices.
