Duncan Taylor The Octave Dumbarton 35 Year Old is an exceptionally mature Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the now-closed Dumbarton Distillery. Distilled in 1987 and bottled by Duncan Taylor in 2022 after 35 years of maturation, the whisky received additional finishing in a small Octave cask. Bottled at 49.4% ABV, Cask #10037719 produced only 80 bottles. Its long maturation and Octave finish deliver a rich profile combining creamy sweetness, honey, citrus, dried fruit, butterscotch and mature oak.

Food Pairing: Crème brûlée, bread pudding, toasted walnuts, dark chocolate, mature cheese or citrus-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and mature with creamy grain sweetness, honey, dried fruit and citrus complemented by butterscotch, tea, spice and seasoned oak.
