Duncan Taylor The Octave Glenrothes 10 Year Old is a limited Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled at The Glenrothes Distillery in 2013 and bottled in 2024 by independent bottler Duncan Taylor. Aged for 10 years and finished for several months in a small Octave cask, this release was bottled exclusively for Whisky Drop at 54.3% ABV. The smaller Octave cask increases wood contact, complementing Glenrothes' fruity malt character with concentrated sweetness, spice and oak.

Food Pairing: Roasted nuts, aged cheddar, apple tart, crème brûlée, dark chocolate or caramel-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Fruit-forward and full-bodied, combining sweet malt, orchard fruit and vanilla with caramelized sweetness and warming oak spice.
