Dumangin Batch 024 Goa Indian Single Malt Whisky is a limited independent bottling originating from Goa, India and selected by Champagne Dumangin J. Fils. The single malt spent four years maturing in bourbon cask under Goa's warm climate before undergoing a further two years of secondary maturation in Ratafia Champenois barrels in Champagne. Bottled at 46.4% ABV, the resulting whisky combines vibrant tropical and orchard fruit with honeyed malt, pastry-like richness, warming spice and the distinctive influence of its French maturation.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled pork, roasted poultry, aged cheese, toasted nuts, fruit pastries, honey-glazed desserts or dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Complex and fruit-forward, showing orchard and tropical fruits alongside toasted pastry, Manuka honey, warming spice, waxy richness and sweet malt.
