Domaine Dugat-Py Gevrey-Chambertin Petite Chapelle Premier Cru Vieilles Vignes is a remarkably deep and texturally complex Premier Cru sourced from old vines planted in 1964. Located immediately adjacent to the eastern border of the Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru, this wine consistently mirrors the scale and density of a Grand Cru while retaining excellent energetic balance. In the glass, it shows a rich ruby hue, leading into a highly fragrant, complex nose filled with sweet red berries, dark wild plums, and licorice, layered with delicate hints of fresh peony and exotic spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, deeply concentrated, and vibrant.
