Duellum Ginebra Clasica Extra Seca

Duellum Ginebra Clásica Extra Seca is an artisanal craft spirit produced in small batches in Jalisco, Mexico. Triple distilled in copper stills using a multi-grain base of barley, rye, and corn, this flagship expression offers a bone-dry, traditional gin profile. Its recipe relies on a core selection of classic botanicals: wild juniper berries, coriander seed, and angelica root, complemented by subtle local citrus elements. Crisp and unflavored, it delivers a direct, resinous pine structure with an ultra-clean finish designed for timeless mixology.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, seafood tapas, goat cheese crostini, salted almonds, and cured hams.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a light, clean, and crisp mouthfeel.

Nose: Direct and aromatic up front, opening with bold resinous pine juniper, followed by zesty citrus peel, cracked coriander, and subtle earthy root undertones.

Palate: Bone-dry, balanced, and sharp on the palate, featuring crisp juniper needle and light lemon zest, balancing into warm pepper spice and a clean, grain-neutral base.

Finish: Medium-long, dry, and refreshing with lingering notes of pine resin, earthy angelica, and a peppery botanical closure.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a fresh lime wheel or twist of lemon, or build into a classic Extra Dry Martini or Negroni.
