Duncan Taylor Battlehill Teaninich 9 Year Old 2015

Duncan Taylor Battlehill Teaninich 9 Year Old is an independently bottled Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky produced at Teaninich Distillery and released under Duncan Taylor’s Battlehill range. Distilled in 2015 and matured for nine years in bourbon casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV and 700 mL. The whisky showcases Teaninich’s fresh, malty character with cinnamon pastry, marmalade and fruit leading into creamy fudge, peach, toasted oak and warming ginger and clove spice. 

Food Pairing: Mature cheddar, roasted almonds, cinnamon pastries, peach tart, vanilla desserts or ginger biscuits.

Tasting Notes: Smooth and malty with cinnamon, marmalade and creamy fudge complemented by juicy peach, toasted oak and warming spice.

Nose: Freshly baked cinnamon rolls with rich malt and a touch of marmalade providing sweet citrus freshness.
