About the Drouhin-Laroze Gevrey-Chambertin Dix Climats 2020 / 2021
The Gevrey-Chambertin is matured in oak barrels previously used for one wine and crafted from wood from the Allier and Nivernais regions with medium to medium-plus toasts, and it shows a fine color and texture while offering a palate marked by freshness, a delicate body, and subtle woody notes, with tannins that are seamlessly integrated into a tender, silky texture that enhances its aromatic refinement and subtlety, making it an excellent match for Époisses pie or beef fondue.
