Joseph Drouhin Côte de Beaune Blanc 2023 is an elegant, pure, and harmonious white Burgundy produced by Maison Joseph Drouhin. Crafted from Chardonnay grown on the slope above Beaune—including fruit from young vines in the renowned Clos des Mouches vineyard—it is fermented and aged in French oak barrels (20% new). In the glass, it displays a bright pale gold color. The nose is refined, opening with delicate aromas of white flowers, lemongrass, fresh orchard fruit, and subtle honeyed almond notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, creamy, and well-balanced, balancing flavors of citrus, white peach, and light toast with a keen line of mineral acidity and a long, polished finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry in cream sauce, pan-seared sea fish, buttered seafood, and soft-ripened or matured goat's cheese.
