Distilled in 2012 at an undiclosed Guatamalan distillery, this 10 year old rum was matured in ex-Bourbon casks. 57.3%
Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Dusty books and linseed oil with a delightful agricole note following accompanied by a delightfully under ripe tropical fruit.
Palate: Cut grass with molasses and liquorice all combine to give a wonderfully dry rum with a strong undercurrent of cola nut, vanilla and boiled butterscotch sweets.
Finish: Exceptionally clean and clear oak, beautifully crisp.
