A concentrated, dry Riesling with apple, pear and citrus layered over herbal, earthy and pronounced slate-mineral notes. The palate is structured and powerful yet precise, with fine Mosel acidity, substantial depth and a persistent mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast pork, grilled fish, shellfish, poultry, creamy seafood dishes, or moderately spiced Thai cuisine.
