About the Dow'S 40 Year Old Tawny 750ml
This extraordinary 40-year-old Tawny Port displays intensely complex aromas of walnut, hazelnut, dried fig, orange peel, toffee, coffee, and warm baking spice. Silky and remarkably refined, the palate layers caramelized nuts, dried fruits, and vibrant acidity, finishing exceptionally long, elegant, and beautifully balanced with remarkable depth.
Food Pairing: Crème brûlée, pecan pie, almond tart, blue cheese, roasted walnuts, dried figs, and fine dark chocolate desserts.
