Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the Lowlands of Jalisco (Los Valles / Amatitán). Cooked under pressure in autoclaves, extracted via roller mill, and fermented spontaneously in open-air stainless steel tanks before double-distillation in copper-coil stainless steel pot stills. Aged in oak barrels to develop a harmonious balance between pure, additive-free agave character and subtle wood influence, co-founder and chemist Yahaira Nuñez delivers an exceptionally smooth expression featuring sweet cooked agave, soft vanilla, warm oak spice, and delicate dried fruit notes.

Food Pairing: Grilled pork tenderloin, roasted chicken, carnitas tacos, aged Gouda, light mole dishes, and cinnamon churros.

Tasting Notes : Warm golden amber hue with brilliant clarity and a silky, medium-bodied texture.

Nose : Sweet cooked agave, soft oak tannins, creamy vanilla, caramel, light citrus zest, and a hint of warm baking spice.
