Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the Lowlands of Jalisco (Los Valles / Amatitán). Cooked under pressure in autoclaves, extracted via roller mill, and fermented spontaneously using natural yeast in open-air stainless steel tanks before double-distillation in copper-coil stainless steel pot stills. Unaged and additive-free, this pure blanco expression highlights the rich, untamed flavors of valley-grown agave, bringing forth deep earthy undertones, bright citrus, and crisp herbal minerality. Co-founded by experienced chemist Yahaira Nuñez, it serves as the foundational spirit for the brand's craft expressions.

Food Pairing: Fresh fish ceviche, lime-marinated shrimp tacos, fresh guacamole with totopos, grilled octopus, and goat cheese crostini.
