Donatella Cinelli Colombini Brunello di Montalcino Riserva

Crafted in the famed hills of Tuscany, Italy, Donatella Cinelli Colombini Brunello di Montalcino Riserva represents the crown jewel of Casato Prime Donne, Italy's historic all-female winery estate. Produced only in exceptional vintage years, this flagship bottling is sourced exclusively from small, low-yielding, organically farmed estate plots situated in the northern sector of Montalcino. Growing on clay-limestone soils rich in marine fossils at 225 meters above sea level, the old-vine Sangiovese Grosso develops extraordinary concentration, vibrant acidity, and noble tannin structure. Under the guidance of Donatella Cinelli Colombini and her all-female winemaking team, the grapes are hand-harvested with painstaking sorting. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats using indigenous yeasts. Per DOCG regulation, the Riserva undergoes extended aging, maturing for over three years in traditional French oak tonneaux and large Slavonian oak casks, followed by prolonged bottle aging before release. The result is an immortal Tuscan masterpiece featuring profound aromatic depth, majestic structure, and world-class cellaring longevity.

Food Pairing: Bistecca alla Fiorentina (T-bone steak), roasted rack of lamb with rosemary, braised wild boar ragù, venison tenderloin, osso buco, black truffle risotto, and aged Tuscan Pecorino cheeses.
