Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the rich red soils of the Jalisco Highlands (Los Altos). Slow-cooked in traditional masonry brick ovens, double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, and aged for 8 months in reclaimed American white oak barrels. This landmark expression balances the crisp, bright agave profile of a blanco with the smooth, warm elegance of gentle oak maturation.

Food Pairing: Grilled chicken, pork carnitas, roasted vegetables, Mexican street corn, grilled seafood, and mild cheeses.

Tasting Notes : Golden amber hue with bright clarity and a smooth, medium-to-full body.
