Don Julio Variety Pack 3 x 50ml

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the red soil of the Jalisco Highlands (Los Altos). Slow-cooked in traditional masonry brick ovens and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, this miniature sampler set features three 50ml bottles representing the core line: Don Julio Blanco (unaged), Don Julio Reposado (aged 8 months), and Don Julio Añejo (aged 18 months). It serves as an accessible tasting flight designed to showcase the progression of oak aging on estate-grown highland agave.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled pork carnitas, dark chocolate bites, aged Manchego cheese, and citrus fruit tarts.

Tasting Notes : Ranging from brilliant crystal clear (Blanco) to warm golden amber (Reposado) and rich copper amber (Añejo) with smooth clarity across all three miniatures.

Nose : A progression of aromas starting with crisp lime, agave, and herbal brightness (Blanco), moving into lemon citrus, vanilla, and soft oak (Reposado), and culminating in mandarin orange, wild honey, and toasted cinnamon oak (Añejo).

Palate : Smooth and balanced across the flight—delivering crisp agave and white pepper, transitioning into creamy caramel, dark cocoa, and light baking spices, then deepening into rich cooked agave, butterscotch, and warm wood tannins.

Finish : Warm, elegant, and clean, evolving from a crisp citrus-peppery warmth to a velvety, lingering finish of vanilla, dark fruit, and sweet toasted oak.

Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in small tasting glasses or snifters to compare the core expressions side-by-side.
