Dominio de Tharsys Cava Brut Rose Organic

Crafted in the high-altitude vineyards of Requena in Valencia, Spain, Dominio de Tharsys Cava Brut Rosé is a vibrant, elegant organic sparkling wine produced by one of Spain's most respected Cava estates. Sourced from 100% organically farmed Garnacha (Grenache) vines growing on sandy-limestone soils at over 700 meters above sea level, the vineyard benefits from wide diurnal temperature shifts that lock in bright natural acidity, fresh fruit purity, and aromatic lift. The estate practices strict eco-friendly viticulture, hand-harvesting grapes at cool early morning temperatures. Produced strictly using the traditional method (Método Tradicional), the wine undergoes a brief maceration to extract its delicate strawberry color, followed by primary fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine matures on its lees in deep subterranean cellars for a minimum of 9 to 12 months. The result is a delightfully crisp, creamy, and persistent Cava Rosé that offers incredible value and food versatility.
