Dedicated to a year and to a harvest, and most importantly of all, the embodiment of the Grande Champagne limestone terroir, where the House of Hine’s vines grow in the village of Bonneuil. With this 2010 harvest, Hine proves that a great cognac is first and foremost a great white wine, serving up a highly distinctive expression of cognac brimming with delectable notes of mandarin and wild peach.
A mere 18 casks, each containing 450 bottles of Domaines Hine Bonneuil 2010, were bottled on 21 July 2020, with each one numbered.
