Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé 2024 is a world-renowned, benchmark rosé crafted in the heart of Provence’s Mediterranean coast. Produced using biodynamic practices from old vines grown on limestone-dominant soils, it undergoes direct pressing and controlled concrete vat fermentation. In the glass, it displays a bright salmon-pink hue with complex aromas of fresh peach, blood orange, pink grapefruit, dried garrigue, and subtle flinty minerality. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied and richly textured, balancing intense stone fruit and citrus oil flavors with vibrant acidity and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with bouillabaisse, grilled red mullet, roasted chicken with Provencal herbs, seared tuna, ratatouille, and fresh goat cheese.
