From a 5 hectare, biodynamic single-vineyard just above Cabassou, the soil has higher clay content with less limestone than the others. It being heavier on the Mourvèdre, it is powerful and tannic with gorgeous fruit.
80% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, 10% Cinsault
