Domaine Tempier Cuvee Cabassaou is the estate's flagship Bandol red, sourced from a tiny parcel of old-vine Mourvedre. Intensely aromatic with blackberry, black plum, violet, lavender, olive tapenade, and spice, it combines extraordinary concentration, firm structure, and remarkable freshness with a long, age-worthy finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with braised lamb shanks, grilled ribeye, venison, duck confit, Provençal stews, or aged hard cheeses for an exceptional Bandol pairing.
