Domaine Santa Duc Les Aubes is an elegant Gigondas crafted from old-vine Grenache with supporting Rhône varieties. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, violet, garrigue, licorice, and cracked pepper lead to a full-bodied palate with refined tannins, vibrant freshness, mineral depth, and an impressively persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, grilled ribeye, duck confit, Provençal stews, wild mushrooms, or aged Manchego for a classic Southern Rhône pairing.
