Sourced from 30-year-old vines planted on red marl and clay soils in Montigny-lès-Arsures and Arbois, it undergoes destemming and three weeks of fermentation followed by aging in a combination of oak foudres and stainless steel tanks. In the glass, it displays a light crimson-ruby hue with an alluring bouquet of wild raspberries, perfumed cherries, forest wildflowers, and subtle dried herbs.
