A traditional blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay sourced from sustainably farmed estate vineyards in Arbois, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by aging in neutral oak casks. In the glass, it presents a golden-yellow hue. The nose opens with aromas of ripe yellow apple, white peach, roasted nuts, and subtle hints of spice alongside a characteristic stony minerality.
