About the Domaine des Remizières Hermitage Autrement
A rare and distinctive Hermitage produced without sulfur additions, this wine expresses the wild, untamed character of the northern Rhone. Expect deep, brooding dark fruit, violet, smoked meat, and earthy mineral complexity, with a full-bodied structure, velvety tannins, and a long, layered finish that rewards patience in the cellar.
Food Pairing: Roasted lamb, braised short ribs, duck confit, wild mushroom risotto, and aged hard cheeses such as Comte or aged Cheddar.
