About the Domaines Ott Etoile Rose 2023
Domaines Ott Étoile Rosé 2023 is a prestige, ultra-refined natural rosé crafted as the ultimate expression of Provence by Domaines Ott. Blending selected parcels from the estate’s three historic châteaux—Château de Selle, Clos Mireille, and Château de Léoube—it combines Grenache with a touch of Mourvèdre. Fermented and partially aged in spherical ceramic vats, it reveals an elegant light pink hue with complex aromas of white peach, pink grapefruit, mango, dried flowers, and delicate limestone minerality. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, silky, and beautifully structured, offering precise citrus and stone fruit flavors wrapped in a vibrant, saline-tinged finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with grilled langoustines, seared red mullet, lobster carpaccio, provençal rack of lamb, roasted turbot, and fresh goat cheese.
