About the Domaine Les Aphillanthes Cotes du Rhone Villages Le Cros Cuvee
A robust and expressive Southern Rhone red blend from old vines, Cuvee 3 offers deep garnet color with aromas of dark cherry, garrigue, wild herbs, and earthy spice. The palate is structured with firm but ripe tannins, layers of blackberry and olive tapenade, and a long, sun-warmed finish typical of the Cotes du Rhone Villages appellation.
Food Pairing: Grilled lamb chops, herb-crusted duck breast, beef daubes, hard aged cheeses, and hearty Provencal stews with olives and tomatoes.
