Domaine de l’Amaurigue Red

Crafted in the heart of Provence, France, Domaine L'Amaurigue Red is a rich, expressive Southern French red wine that captures the warmth, sunshine, and aromatic charm of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Spanning 115 hectares of pristine estate land surrounding a historic 18th-century château, Domaine L'Amaurigue benefits from a unique inland microclimate protected by the Massif des Maures mountains. Sourced from estate vines planted on well-drained clay-limestone soils, this red blend is driven by classic Provençal varietals—primarily Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Grenache. The estate practices sustainable viticulture to ensure fruit purity and environmental harmony. Following careful harvest and destemming, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regular pump-overs to extract deep color, velvety tannins, and rich fruit character. A portion of the wine matures in French oak barrels to introduce subtle spice and structure while maintaining its vibrant fruit-forward core.

Food Pairing: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted lamb chops with herbs de Provence, slow-cooked beef daube, pork tenderloin, wild mushroom pasta, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, and semi-hard cheeses like Comté or Tomme de Savoie.
