About the Domaine Jacques Lemenicier Syrah
This wine delivers deep violet hues with aromas of black olive, smoked meat, violets, and dark fruit. On the palate it is structured and full-bodied with firm tannins, earthy minerality, and a long, peppery finish characteristic of the granite soils of the region.
Food Pairing: Roasted lamb, wild boar, beef short ribs, duck confit, aged hard cheeses, and charcuterie boards with cured meats.
