Domaine Helena 7 Favors Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Domaine Helena 7 Favors Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a bold, refined red wine produced from organically grown grapes at Mount St. Helena Vineyard in Lake County. It displays a deep ruby hue with garnetry highlights and an enticing bouquet of dark plum, cassis, and mocha, accompanied by subtle nuances of black pepper, clove, cocoa, and graphite. On the palate, it delivers rich layers of black cherry and forest berries anchored by a savory umami character, lively acidity, and structured tannins that lead into a long finish marked by dark chocolate and mineral undertones.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, braised beef short ribs, wild mushroom risotto, charcuterie, and aged cheeses like Manchego or Gruyère.
