Crafted in the famed Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy, France, Domaine Fourrier Chambertin Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes 2022 is a monumental, ultra-rare red Pinot Noir produced by legendary vigneron Jean-Marie Fourrier. Widely revered as the king of red Burgundy, the mythical Chambertin Grand Cru vineyard features mid-slope exposure with shallow clay-limestone soils rich in active chalk and Bajocian limestone gravel. Jean-Marie Fourrier’s tiny parcel in Chambertin is planted with ancient Pinot Noir vines, producing a micro-allocation of extraordinary concentration, aristocratic elegance, and weightless power. Following Fourrier's strict minimal-intervention philosophy, the hand-harvested grapes from the solar yet fresh 2022 vintage were 100% destemmed without crushing to preserve pristine whole berries.
