Domaine des Carlines Voile de Chardonnay is a distinctive Jura white aged under a veil of yeast, revealing aromas of toasted hazelnut, walnut, preserved lemon, curry spice, and dried apple. The palate is powerful yet precise, with vibrant acidity, saline minerality, and an exceptionally long, savory finish.
